A new report from Telephia suggests that as of mid-2006, over 31 million online households in the US were buying two or more services from one provider. This equates to nearly 43% of online households.The Internet/TV combination is the most popular bundle at the moment, according to Telephia, with approximately 13 million households taking that double play, compared with 10 million households taking the double play of Internet/phone.

Massive Multiplayer Market Forecast E-mail
Worldwide online game market is forecasted to grow from $3.4 billion in 2005 to over $13 billion in 2011, according to a new report from DFC Intelligence. This increase is being driven by the increase in broadband households, higher PC penetration and more connected console video game systems. This is leading to a growing number of consumer subscription services, the emergence of online digital distribution and increasing acceptance of games as an advertising mechanism.

A new study estimates the MVNO market in the US and the UK will generate $20.7 billion in revenues by 2010. MVNOs have coincided with financial analyses suggesting that most MVNOs are just breaking even or losing money, even as the table stakes for launching an MVNO climb well into the hundreds of millions, an example, in the US, Mobile ESPN is in the midst of what can only be described as a restart. The paradox is that this industry bad news comes at a time when changes in the competitive dynamics of the wireless industry as a whole will make MVNOs more important rather than less.

Retail VoIP Subscribers Continues to Increase E-mail
Study from Point Topic shows number of subscribers to retail VoIP services rose by 83% during 2005, from 10.3 million at the beginning of 2005 to over 18.7 million subscribers worldwide by the end of the year. New research shows an estimated the number of people paying for PC-to-phone calls during 2005. This figure is over 4.7 million. When combined with the retail VoIP total, this increases the overall VoIP paying subscriber totals to just under 24 million, compared with 14.4 million a year previously.
