Written by Ken Rutkowski, on 20-11-2007 05:47

Giving people the Respect they deserve, which can be as easy as paying attention to the words and actions they are giving you. Its just seems to get complicated when someone is wearing Sunglass, headphones or even a bluetooth ear headset. Maybe its time to remove all that impedes you giving 100%

Elementary - but good advice.
I would argue just a bit on the sunglasses here, IF you live in Florida. We have a no suits and ties policy down here. Sometimes the glare of the sun requires you to protect your eyes. Besides if you just smoked a fatty and your eyes are all bloodshot and red - well maybe it is better to keep them on Ken.

Please Focus
Maybe it's me, but when someone keeps the bluetooth headset on, it makes me feel less important and that person isn't focusing on me.

Especially when talking to your kids.
