The twenty plus years of the RIFD is about to explode with Wal-Mart decision to mandate all of their 15,000 suppliers to embed RFIDs into every pallet delivered to they supply chain.

Nice Video.
It's neat how you added photo's of what you were talking about. 
 
I have seen a RFID on something a wile a go I got. I was not sure what it was back then. But looking on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ RFID seen what they look like. I think this is neat. I hope it's gets as big as bar cords are now. I guess they have that in some credit cards now. Fast tap type.
