Men are more likely than women to have used a video-sharing site: 53% compared with 43%. And 70% of adults under age 30 have done so, compared with only 16% of those 65 and older.

Being a leader means recognizing passion, authenticity, integrity, and ethics as the cornerstones of effective leadership. And a leader will have to take risks that may not sit well with the masses and often create friction and tension.
