US workforce has the highest percentage of mobile workers at 68% in 2006, accoording to IDC. However, Japan’s penetration rates will increase the most during the forecast period with mobile workers accounting for nearly 80% of the workforce by year-end 2011, up from 53% in 2006.

Since 1998, Andy Abramson has co-hosted the longest running daily technology broadcast program that originates on the Internet, “The World Technology Round Up.”

But, Andy is more than just the co-host of one of the world’s most listened to program on technology and the new economy, “The World Technology RoundUp.” He holds a degree in Journalism from Temple University’s School of Communications and Theatre. As far back as the 70’s he was a sports and college radio reporter/anchor as well as a new wave music dj.

A Philadelphia native, Andy actually spent many years on the other side of the news desk as a public relations, integrated marketing, sports promotion and special events professional for household sports names like the Philadelphia Flyers, Denver Nuggets, The Upper Deck Company and Hollywood’s own Celebrity All Star Hockey Team.

He’s been on the agency side of the fence, both advertising and PR, first with Foote, Cone and Belding and now Comunicano, a boutique integrated marketing services firm he founded in 1992 that works with leading technology, biotech, apparel, finance, consumer package goods, sports, music and entertainment companies, providing everything from brand development, advertising, public relations to promotional services and internet marketing.
